When you install and use the application, upon accepting these terms, registration SMS may be sent from the application or you may require registering by sending registration SMS manually. We collect some information when you use the software like phone number, mobile device's hardware information, unique ID, selected location. This information will be kept private to Vinay International School and will not be disclosed to third parties. We collect this information to send you relevant advertisements. Advertisements are accepted when they confirm to the ethical standards. Vinay International School shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of your relationship with advertiser.
You may receive text messages (SMS) from Vinay International School containing new product information, updates, alerts & commercials. You agree that messages from Vinay International School, received on your registered number will not constitute an unsolicited commercial communication irrespective of their having signed up to any Do Not Call Registry.

The Products and/or Services are AS IS and are subject to the disclaimers of warranty and the limitations of liability as found in this agreement and which are subject to testing by the Users before entering into this agreement.
Vinay International School reserves the right to change or terminate the Products and/or the Services.
Vinay International School does not take the responsibility for providing any customer service related to software.
